Energy Performance Certificates are a legal requirement prior to the marketing of either residential or commercial properties for sales or lettings.

We also arrange Commercial EPCs for clients.

Deposits are limited to 5 weeks rent and this amount will apply.Holding deposits of one weeks rent are requested and they will be returned if references fail.Should references be passed and the tenant withdraw through their own choice the holding deposit will not be returned.

Interest of 3% above BoE base rate for each day the rent is late, once it is 14 days overdue

Reasonable costs or give the tenant the option to purchase themselves

Utilities, council tax, communication services, TV Licence etc

Tenants own responsibility unless otherwise stated in contract
